Theme song：In the film, television, animation, stage plays and other works, used to represent the major works of music or songs.

是在電影、電視劇、動畫、舞台戲劇等作品中，用來代表作品的主要樂曲或歌曲。





In general, the theme song(主題曲) is the Opening theme(片頭曲);but sometimes the theme song is another one, rather than Opening theme; and sometimes Ending theme(片尾曲)(or Insertion Song(插曲)) is also seen as the theme song.
 
一般而言，主題曲是指片頭曲；但有時主題曲是另外一首，而非片頭曲；而且有時片尾曲（或插曲）也被視為主題曲。





Opening theme (片頭曲，簡稱OP，也就是動畫開始時播放的歌曲。)

Ending theme (片尾曲，簡稱ED，也就是動畫完結時播放的歌曲。)

Background Music (背景音樂，簡稱BGM)

Insertion Song (插曲，簡稱IN，加插於動畫內的音樂．也可為背景音樂。)
